Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-4 days business days. This excludes shipping time, which is generally 5-7 business days depending on the delivery method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:

North America: 5-7 business days (standard first-class mail)

I use USPS to ship all U.S. orders, and cannot guarantee delivery time once the package has been dropped off at the post office. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Exchanges:

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All exchanges are refunded in store credit only.

Returns & Cancellations:

I don't accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve any issues. 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns will be issued for store credit via an electronic gift card.
